Guarantee of Service
We do not own or have any special relationship with any search engine. Ultimately we have no control over exactly where your website will be ranked or placed within the search results. However SEO Toolbox will strive to obtain top rankings for your company.
We guarantee the work as described to be performed. We do not however, guarantee any exact timeline for results to appear on any search engine. This is at the discretion of the search engines themselves. Please contact us if you have any additional questions before placing an order.
You also agree that Seo Toolbox will provide Search Term recommendations that we believe will create you the most qualified traffic and sales. If you decide not to go with our recommendations and select keywords that have a tremendous amount of competition your results may be minimal.
While submitting the site, Seo Toolbox represents you as your agent and can take any decision on your behalf.
For the Seo Toolbox service to be effective you must reply to our emails and suggestions in a reasonable amount of time to gain the best service, failure to do so may limit your overall campaign which we cannot be held responsible.
Payment
Payments can be made by standing order / direct debit or through PayPal.
The subscription fee as detailed on signup is charged monthly (once in every month) on the contract date and on the anniversary dates thereafter.
On initial payment you will receive a confirmation email and then on each monthly payment an email receipt will be sent.
Prices quoted are in GBP. The payment we receive must match the quoted price.
Commencement of service will not start until funds are cleared within our account and work will start immediately , therefore you will waive you right to cancel under the 7 day ‘cooling off period’ described within the Distance Selling Act.

Cancellation
You are legally bound to fulfil the minimum duration stated on signup. After the minimum duration has elapsed the contracted will be extended on a monthly basis.
You may cancel the service by giving 30 days notice. If your payment anniversary date falls within the 30 day notice period then this final payment must be completed.
To state your intent to cancel please email sales@seotoolbox.com.
On cancellation SEO Toolbox will continue to carry out work for the remainder of the payment period.
Liability
Any advice (written or oral) given by employees or agents of SEO Toolbox cannot be used as a guarantee of service, nor can it reflect the views and opinions of SEO Toolbox.
SEO Toolbox will not be held liable for any claim or loss incurred as a direct or indirect action of any works carried out.
You must be aware at certain times ‘uncontrollable factors’ can affect our business; such as ‘bad weather’ or ‘third party problems’, we cannot be held responsible for any delay, loss or inconvenience this may cause.
Customer support will only be given to the registered email and phone number, alterations to these details must be in written format accompanied by a recent utility bill.
Emails, telephone calls and work commenced will be subject to confidentially laws, it is your responsibility to ensure all employees and agents adhere to this.
Your contract with us gives us exclusive rights to promote and submit your website to search engines. We will recommend and undertake the promotion of your specific keywords through our SEO (onsite and offsite) campaigns.
